Theres this car for sale id like to get, but the windshield wipers dont work..is that an easy fix?

its a 90 dx toyota camry, and theres nothing wrong with it except it needs tabs, the passenger side window doesnt roll down, and the wipers dont work. well, i live in seattle wa so the wipers not working is a problem.

how hard/costly would that be to fix, just guessing?Theres this car for sale id like to get, but the windshield wipers dont work..is that an easy fix?
pretty easy, around 250Theres this car for sale id like to get, but the windshield wipers dont work..is that an easy fix?
im sure the owner of the car knows that its not just a fuse that is blown for the wiper motor.its probably the wiper motor itself that is shot.which could run close to a 100 dollar bill not including labor.as for the window not going down,im sure the owner has also had that checked and found out its not a cheap fix.it could be a bad motor that makes the window go up and down or even a switch.either way at at least 65 dollars per hour to find out what it is and fix it could cost a couple hundred bucks.also what bout the other things you don't know about yet that have issues.seems to me this car has seen it all and i bet if you buy it it will have more problems.so you either take the chance hoping its just what you have stated are the problems(which i doubt)or look else where.its your money.
well it could be costly or not. it could be the wiper motor or in the steering wheel or you might luck out and it,s only a fuse.
depends on the problem. it could be something as small as a fuse which would be super cheap almost next to free or something bigger probabl max like 250.
depends on what it is. it could be a fuse or something worse like the wiper motor, check all this out before you buy
