If there is a retirement community or ';assisted'; living facility near Meadville, put up a notice by the mailbox or at the bulletin board. We sold mom's Ford for $700 and it was a one-owner car. At that stage in life, families are scrambling to take care of stuff. Paying another $1,000 insurance for Mom's car was not something we wanted to do. We wanted someone who would drive it off today for a cheap price and not complain that Mom was not good about having the oil changed every 3,000 miles and she smoked so it had that smell that car buyers hate. How flexible are you?
