What state has the cheapest cars for sale?

I was just curious if anyone knew where the best deals for cars are? What state has the cheapest cars for sale?
not sure but i know new hampshire has no sales tax even on cars, which tend to be pretty big sales so no tax is awesome! What state has the cheapest cars for sale?
Michigan has the cheapest new cars I've ever seen. They only advertise employee pricing. They assume no regular people are going to buy anything.

It's embarrassing how cheap they are. You can effectively lease a car in Michigan for free. After 2 years, they send it to some other state and sell if for as much as it was ever worth in Michigan.
In Montana, there is a lot of space and few people. This means that people are spread out, and the selection of cars for sale in your area is pretty slim. Thus, cars sell for dirt cheap. You can't sell a car for a lot if nobody around wants it.
Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersery
